When we formed VANA back in 2004, we wanted to be able to look back and be proud of the business we had helped to create. We had learnt from our previous career's working within blue-chip corporate environments and it was important to us to be true to our principles, to keep our promises and to act professionally and responsibly on behalf of others.

Our Values - Accessible - Passionate - Creative - Open - Real, define us pretty well. It has been a fantastic journey so far and we are immensely proud of our success. We are also eternally grateful for the loyalty of our clients and candidates alike - it's great to know that we have succeeded in offering what we believe to be a service that should be broadly expected in our industry.
