Jo White “We initially sourced a shortlist of six candidates from our database, all of whom where interviewed and subsequently a job offer was made. Unfortunately this was declined and we felt that the existing market had been exhausted. So we proposed an on and offline advertising campaign that would maximise Clarks’ strong brand and ensure attraction from the widest pool of candidates possible. We exclusively managed the campaign which generated 48 responses. 18 candidates were invited for a competency based interview and a shortlist of six was presented. Following an offer to one of these, we continued to manage the offer process and supported Clarks throughout the relocation of their new employee.”
